Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Steed Gaming account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Gear
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
